Former skipper returns as tactician at Thika United.


Image4 Coach MuyotiThika United FC has beefed up it’s technical bench for the 2017 season by securing the services of Coach Nicholas Muyoti, to the post of assistant tactician.

The former Thika United and Harambee Stars Captain, will be joining Head Coach James Nandwa and Goalkeeper trainer Joseph Ruto in the technical bench at the club.

Until his appointment Coach Muyoti was the Head coach at Zetech University.

Present during the unveiling was Clubs’ CEO Mr.Michael Muriuki, who expressed optimism with the new inclusion into the technical bench,Image2 Coach Muyoti

“Am proud as a father to see one of our old boys coming back to work with us in a different capacity and i believe his input and past experience with this club,will be of great help to us.”

Muyoti who was a stand out Captain at Thika United back in 2007 and 2008 where he led the team to Transparency Cup finals then under Coach Mickey Weche, will be filling the gap that was left by Coach Moses Irungu after his elevation to head coach in mid 2015.Compiled by Ken.magu.
