Gor test: Tsuma,Oruchum and Matasi back as Skipper plus 3 ruled out.

Thika United Bench

Thika United FC will this weekend face League leaders Gor Mahia FC in the twelfth round of SportPesa Premier League (SPL) fixtures at Nyayo Stadium.

Coach Muyoti’s squad has been nursing numerous injuries in the last four matches but, a sigh of relief has set in the technical bench as Said Tsuma, Christopher Oruchum and Zak Matasi have managed to shake off their injury setbacks and shall be available for selection.

Meanwhile Captain Dennis Odhiambo and Keeper Boniface Baraza who had a collusion in the 2-1 loss to Nakumatt FC-will both miss the match; Idah Sosthenes and Baraka Badi are still nursing their injuries making the injury list number to four.

Thika United will go in the match as least favorites according to many football pundits, but the spirit in camp is a winning spirit and Coach Muyotis’ men are ready to turn the tables, come Sunday afternoon.

The match is slated to kickoff from 4pm at Nyayo Stadium on Sunday 21st May. Compiled by Ken_magu.
